Petra, la antigua ciudad nabatea, debe ser uno de los lugares que más han asombrado a los viajeros de todos los tiempos aunque su belleza no empaña otros recorridos en un país con una historia fascinante: el desierto de Wadi Rum, las antiguas ciudades romanas de Jerash y Um Qais, el Mar Muerto, los lugares sagrados como Madaba, Betania o el Monte Nebo, las cristalinas aguas de Aqaba, o la capital, Amman.
